No prior background is required. The Connected AI Learning Network starts from foundations and builds progressively. The programme is designed for professionals across different roles — from operations and HR to finance and product — with the assumption that most participants are approaching AI for the first time in a structured way.

The Multi-Departmental AI Needs Assessment typically runs over five to seven weeks. The timeline accommodates parallel discovery streams across multiple departments, followed by a synthesis phase that produces both departmental summaries and a consolidated leadership overview.

Yes. Many clients begin with the Needs Assessment to build a clear picture of AI opportunities, then proceed to training or ecosystem design as clarity develops. The three programmes are designed to connect — outputs from one can inform the scope and direction of another.

Pricing is listed from a base rate — S$450 for the Needs Assessment, S$630 for the Learning Network, and S$940 for the Ecosystem Design. Final pricing depends on the scope and scale of your organisation's engagement. We discuss this in an initial conversation before any commitment is made.
