About Nusa Cortex

We Started From a Practical Question

Nusa Cortex was founded in Singapore in 2021 by a team with backgrounds in organisational consulting, enterprise software, and workforce learning. The founding question was straightforward: why do so many AI initiatives inside organisations fail to move beyond a pilot phase?

The answers — after working across finance, logistics, professional services, and public sector organisations — kept pointing to the same set of issues: assessments that ignored how departments actually differ from each other, training programmes that built individual skills without creating shared understanding, and AI implementations designed as isolated tools rather than connected parts of a larger operating model.

Nusa Cortex was built to address those specific gaps. Our programmes are structured to account for how organisations actually work — with different teams, different data environments, and different readiness levels — rather than treating AI adoption as a uniform process.

Today, we work with medium-to-large Singapore organisations across sectors, helping them assess AI opportunities with departmental clarity, build capability through cohort-based learning, and design ecosystems where AI investments connect and compound over time.
